Based in the French Pyrenees we offer yoga trek retreats in this adventure playground. Practice combines Hatha and Yin yoga classes outside with spectacular guided high mountain walks and the optional wild swim. Join us for a magical week in one of the most beautiful places on earth. If you feel like a day off from walking why not try canyonning, canoeing, viaferrate, trail running, bouldering, climbing, nordic walking next to a wild river or white water rafting for the day. Why not take some time out to feel more alive and breath the mountain air in one of the wilder parts of France.
Winter Adventure Yogi Long weekend breaks
In winter this pyrenean paradise is known as one of the most beautiful nordic ski destinations in the world and the fourth largest in France so we also offer a winter alternative with downhill options in Ax les Thermes. Enjoy the pleasures of les Bains de Couloubret and the lively cobbled streets of Ax les Thermes. There is something for everyone that you can explore. We offer long weekend and week pagages for groups of 3 or more.

Yoga
If you love yoga and love the mountains this is the trip for you. Corinne's yoga classes are designed to be accessible to everyone, whether a true beginner or an experienced yogi. Her teaching style is laid-back yet challenging with a strong focus on alignment. Class sizes are kept small so that each person receives plenty of personal attention to help them come to a better understanding of the poses and develop their own personal practice.
Walking or Nordic Walking
The Pyrenees mountains are some of the most wild and unspoilt places you can find in Europe and you will not be disappointed to do yoga on a sandy lakeside, breathtaking mountain lake or even a summit. When we walk you will have the chance to stroll along normally or try Nordic Walking which gives you the chance to engage more muscles, get more of an aerobic workout and stretch all at the same time. Anne is a qualified Nordic walking instructor as well as a leader in running fitness.
Equipment: Use of yoga mats, blankets and straps included. You will need a pair of walking shoes for the hikes.

Join us for a magical week in one of the most beautiful places on earth. This pyrenean paradise is known as one of the most beautiful nordic ski destinations in the world and the fourth largest in France.
Most days start at 8.30am and finish with dinner at 7pm. We have the chance to practice yoga in the studio, on a lakeside beach and also on the mountain side in a host of spectacular locations.
- 5 x 1hr 30 yoga sessions with a yoga alliance teacher
- 5 x guided walks (2-4hrs) with a qualified international mountain leader and former British climbing team member. You can also try Nordic walking trek for fitness with our qualified instructor, burn more calories and use more muscles.
- Free time to relax, visit a thermal spa, sample local cuisine, have a massage and delve into the regions unique cathar history.
Sample Itinerary
8am: Wake up with a fruit shake or tea
8.30-10am: Morning yoga practice.
10.00am: Brunch served.
11am-5pm: Time for activities – Walking, hiking, climbing or just relaxing in the apartment or spa visit.
6pm-7.30pm: Evening yoga practice.
7.45pm: Dinner.
